No two stores are the same so InStore Marketplace does not have a single Returns and Refunds policy. Each store specifies its own return policy on its store homepage. For disputes, questions or concerns with a return or refund, please start by contacting the store from which you purchased the product. After five business days, if the matter has not been resolved to your satisfaction, contact InStore at any of the below.
